PRICE • starts @ $70 per character (Paypal only)

waist→bust up, simple pose
full color, transparent / flat color bg
semi or full paint style (I will choose the style depending on the job)
maximum of 3 charas per canvass
chara props (weapon, items, etc) is subject to discussion and I will charge an extra, though personally I don't like drawing them)
file size: A4 300 dpi

ACCEPTING WAITLIST for 2019

waitlist for 2019 means I may or may not be able to deliver your commission by the end of this year, but I'm ready to work on it any time I'm available in early 2019
waitlist application is the same as applying for a regular comm, please see my instructions below

COMM REQUEST, PROCESS, ETC

Send me an email at pvcparfait.sales@gmail.com w/ [Commission for <your name>] as title. By contacting me, I will assume that you have read and agreed with all the terms written here
Please include all your character refs, preferences (pose, facial expressions, etc) and your Paypal address on your 1st mail
FULL PAYMENT is required before I start any commission
I will send an invoice (with Paypal fee adjustment) anytime when I'm ready to do the draft of your comm
All commissions should have a clear references. Character designing is not my job
A sketch will be given before I provide the final file. Please keep the revisions to a minimum
The final file will be sent to your e-mail add. Revisions will not be accepted after I've sent the final file

IMPORTANT

Please do NOT commission me if you have a specific submission deadline. Your commission (after I receive payment) will be provided within 3 weeks at fastest and 5 months at my worst
Refunds are allowed within the stated work period if I haven't started your comm yet (ie, no drafts provided)
Please understand that I'm allowing refunds to leave room for your personal emergency issue. In general, please send me a commission request only if you're patient enough with my working time and you're absolutely interested to receive my art

Prices are in US Dollars, all prices are final
This is NOT a “First come, First served” basis. I reserve the right to decline a commission due to formal or personal reasons

My commission is available for personal use only. Any form of profit use (print sales, self-published book cover, etc) is not allowed
Unauthorized editing of my work is not allowed. Crop, watermark, or anything else simple for display purposes only is OK
I reserve the exclusive rights to post the commission work to any of my social media accounts and/or be used as a commission sample in my website. If the commission will be used as a private gift, I agree to hold off on public post for a maximum of 1 month
You can post your commission to your social media account/s, but please watermark them properly (if you post at Twitter/Facebook/etc, feel free to @ my user account on your original post)
I reserve the right to use your commission for my personal print sales / illustration book sales / etc (except your original characters) but I rarely do this. If I resort to doing this however, I'll let the commissioner know

☆★ SPECIAL REQUEST ★☆

I've been asked a couple of times if I can print the commission, sign it, and send it to the commissioner. I'm OK with doing this. Please be advised that extra charges will apply (print cost, shipping fee, etc) and the maximum print size I can send you is A4 on a 300gsm premium photo paper. Shipping sched is based on my free time, so I cannot promise a fixed date but I'll try my best to ship it as soon as I'm available. Lastly, all the extra fees will be charged via Paypal invoice AFTER I've sent your print so you will pay the exact amount of applicable fees. I will leave it to good faith that you will pay invoice by then. Thank you!
